How we collect, use, store and protect your data when you use Entell.
Your privacy in the Entell Teams application matters to us. This privacy statement explains how we handle the collection, use, storage and protection of your data when you use the application. Entell is a trade name of Klout B.V. and was previously offered under the name Babbels.
1. Collecting personal data
We only collect personal data that Entell needs. This includes your name, contact details and other relevant information you share with us.
2. Using personal data
The personal data we collect is used solely to deliver our services, answer your questions and improve what we offer. We do not share your data with third parties, unless that is necessary to deliver our services or we are legally required to do so. You will be informed if that happens.
3. Storage and security
We store data securely and take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access, loss, misuse or theft. We keep your data only for as long as we need it to provide our services to you or to meet legal requirements. We also protect personal information using encryption technology and secure servers.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to its use. Contact us if you would like to exercise those rights.
